Hay Hassle

In math, our class had a project to come up with a word problem, give it a title, and model it. My partner's name was Enzo. He's American... Well anyway, Enzo kept goofing off and telling me the project should be about spray painting cows. We decided to do it about hay being divided to Shetland ponies. Actually, Enzo was playing with a ruler with another kid so I just decided to do it. I came up with the word problem, title, modeling, and the the answer. Enzo typed three things,but two were less than 3 words. The other he typed was 2 sentences! Plus one was wrong! I asked him if he could type one more thing and he refused! So I put my name big on the back of the poster and put his tiny on it. I really wanted to tell the teacher but I knew that Enzo would get me in trouble by saying I bossed him around (which I didn't.) 

The North Face

Today I got a new coat. You see I haven't ever had a coat that was actually just for me. I've always had hand-me-downs. My old coat wasn't actually warm and I often complained about it in the freezing weather. So, today my mother decided to get me a coat that I could use a long time. My mom, sister and I went to Dick's Sporting Goods to get a North Face since recently we went to get some soccer equipment and spotted them there. Anyway, we had planned to get one of the fuzzy jackets because a lot of people at my school had them and loved them. I had found one that I really liked. It was gray with pink in it. We were about to head out and purchase that one but the peach jacket had caught my eye. We took it off the rack hoping it would fit since it was the only one on the rack. Luckily it did! We soon discovered that it was two jackets in one. The raincoat part was removable so if you took the raincoat part off you were left with a soft fleece coat. It was defiantly the one so we purchased it. Now I'm going to be protected against the cold weather!

Wishes

Do you think wishes come true? Well they do in fact. Especially for Kendall Curnuck. This amazing girl is fighting leukemia. She also is a huge fan of Bethany Hamilton. When Kendall was healthy enough, Make-a-wish granted this tough 8 year old a wish. That wish was to meet Bethany Hamilton and go surfing with her. Kendall got her wish. Along with her wish came a few other surprises Bethany had planned for Kendall to make her time away from the hospital GREAT. You can watch the entire story down there. Enjoy :) !!!!
